Patrick J. (Pat) Gallagher

Pat Gallagher is the managing partner at TransAtlantic Services, LLC.  Born in Maryland, raised in New Jersey and Texas, Mr. Gallagher now resides in Virginia in the greater Washington DC area. 

The major areas of focus at TransAtlantic are the establishment of US Government Programs of Record, the US Congressional Legislative Processes, and Strategic Business Analaysis.  Additional professional services include Corporate Management, Product and Program Management, Investment Funding, Business Development and Sales activities for U.S. domestic and international defense contractors. He has conducted business start-up activities for domentic firms and several forigen companies establishing US subsidiaries.  Lastly, Mr. Gallagher sits on Advisor Boards and as a Senior Advisor for selected companies conducting business with the US Government.  

Mr. Gallagher’s work on behalf of clients over the years has resulted in sales and program values in excess of USD3B.  His US Government focus include the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and the Domestic Counterterrorism communities.  He has directed the efforts of over 35 prime and sub-contractors engaged in disparate research and development tasks under multiple contract vehicles.

Mr. Gallagher is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces officer with 25 years of service in the Active and Reserve Componts as well as the Army National Guard.  His combat tours have been in the Middle East and Aftrica.  In 2003, he served as a Military News Analyst for three major television networks during Operation “Iraqi Freedom”.  Mr. Gallagher is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture.
